5/14/2009: HB Chemical to sell Phoenix Black

Delta energy is working with HB Chemical to sell phoenix black. Delta Energy has perfected the process on converting used tires to "good" usable raw materials. Delta has succesfully sold their black as a supplement to furnace blacks in high end dynamic applications. Sample and literature available upon request.
